Required software development freelancer for Network Security / System Administrator needed to setup an IPSEC Site to Site VPN (Ubuntu) job

We are urgently looking for an experienced network security personnel with system administration skills. We need to set up an IPSEC site to site VPN on an ubuntu server. You'll be working with a system administrator from another company who has already setup their own side of the VPN. We basically need to setup our own side of the VPN and get things rolling. Communication happens mostly on skype with members of the other company. This shouldn't take more than a couple of hours to set up.
