Looking for developer to finish our start-up agency's creative web page which now is on hold due to timing and misunderstanding with previous developer. Main idea of web is to zoom in and zoom out smoothly by touch pad or mouse scroll. Please check the link of 'Front end Test Page, it is built in PHP and Javascript: (removed by Toogit admin)
Also small details will be needed to fix, in front end we will provide all the designs here you can see draft versions of them.
Important note*
Before applying for work please make sure you can fix the scroll problem which is not smooth by having good quality pictures uploaded. If you can do it other parts are super easy, we can guide you through.
Web page also must be responsive.
