Required software development freelancer for Cloud Deployment Scripts for Small Web App job

There is a super tiny app. 1 web front end, 1 back-end, 1 mysql db. Need help with deploying the app to GCP/K8s using Ansible and Terraform. Also, implement CI/CD with Circle CI.

IMPORTANT: Here is what is already done:
1) App is fully implemented/tested using node.js. Only need to change the host/port with correct addressed.
2) App is already dockerized
3) init.sql for DB is present.

WHAT IS NEEDED ***
1) Scripts with Terraform to setup the GCP Project.
2) Use Ansible to build docker images, upload, and deploy the app to GCP
3) Call those scripts from CircleCI to perform deployment (should use the scripts above)
4) Another script to run application locally on the computer.
