Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for Graphic Designer needed for creating Real Estate Look Books (Ongoing) job

We are looking to have Real Estate look books created to assist with marketing our new property listings. We currently use a template which is 8-10 pages, highlighting features about the property with photos and written description. The book is then sent to a printer for the homeowner and any prospective buyers to take home. This is typically used for luxury properties ($950,000+ as listing price). We would like our existing template completely revamped, with an eye-catching theme that would be appealing to a luxury audience.
