Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for Indesign PDF Forms Refresh (Style provided) job

I have about 60 pages of outdated PDF forms I need to be updated to a current style.
I've already created one or two of the PDF's in the new style so you can see and just copy the styles (I'm a designer with too much work right now).

Indesign files are ready to go and are clean/professional.

The output would be simple multipage PDFs, just for print right now.- not necessary to be fillable on a computer (possible for more work there later).

Looking for someone with enough InDesign experience to get this done cleanly. Not really the most creative job in the world!
