Landscape Construction firm is are looking for a virtual assistant who can assist in answering the phone, set up client meetings, create spreadsheets in excel, work on marketing tasks, check lists, follow up on orders for product, call miss utility, a long list of tasks. Approximately 20 hours a week. Assist in creation of estimate templates. Skills required as follows:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Excellent English skills
3. Excellent Word, Excel skills
4. Great phone answering voice and communication skills.
5. Sense of urgency to follow up and make appointments.
6. To Start up to 30 hours a week.
7. Ability to follow up on orders, etc.
8. Excellent conversation skills with clients.
9. Use Dropbox
10. Ability to work your own and pick up tasks efficiently and quickly.
11. Ability to work on the fly.
12. Consistent work hours required.
