Required Accounting freelancer for Importer of record for shipments from Europe to US/ CBP broker job

Currently we ship to Amazon FBA from Europe to USA with DHL. They do all the paperwork, but new CBP requirement want us to provide TAX ID of importer of record based in US.
We have been advised by DHL that we need to hire a customs broker.
