Required Data Entry,Website Development freelancer for Web page creation for a freight forwarding company job

I need a new page for a freight forwarding company. Where logistic/trucks and clients with goods can register and post availability of goods or free loads.

I want to add a real time tracking through a third party company. But the data from the third part company needs to be linked to the data from the inserted goods or loads.
I actually want to make it visible on the map.. maybe add a geofence ontop of it to recieve notifications.
