We are currently seeking a bright, talented and motivated candidate to join our Customer Service Team. Looking for candidate that can commit to 9 am- 5pm EST and/or 9 am to 2 pm EST.
Qualifications:
-Superior spelling and grammar proficiency
-Detail-oriented
-Computer literacy at medium level
-Minimum two years customer service and/or data entry experience
-Experience in telephone etiquette and protocol
-Must have own PC with internet connection, a headset and printer.
Specific Responsibilities:
-Answer and redirect inbound calls on all lines. Check voice messages.
-Respond to inbound customer inquiries such as quote requests, return requests, ship dates, or other existing order questions.
-Track packages for customer call-ins. Possibly print and fax delivery confirmations.
-Provide quotes on shipping and freight charges to customers.
-Make outbound calls occasionally to update customer on order related issues.
-Enter, crosscheck orders, and make all orders live. Involves learning and understanding our order processing software.
-Maintain superior level of accuracy while processing orders.
-Communicate with other team members to verify information accuracy.
-Assist with other tasks as assigned by manager
