Required Administrative Support freelancer for VA Needed for New Music Subscription Service job

We have a Music and Article subscription service entitled 'SongNotes from the Birds.' We've been realesing musings and music online for the past 9 months and are transitioning into a paid subscription model. Now that we have subscribers it has pressurized the rest of our work. We need to hire a virtual assistant to help with administrative tasks so that my wife and I can get back to practicing and recording our music.

This would be a assistant or admin support role that is highly virtual. We need a freelance that is a self-starter, strong, independent, but conscientious. Other qualifications are familiarity with Google docs, MailChimp, GMail, and a willingness to use or learn how to use other apps or programs
