Required Python freelancer for Fuzzy name matching using Bing web search engine job

We are interested in match names from two datasets: USPTO patent records and Compustat. We are following an algorithm to match between the two using Bing web search engine. The algorithm is already developed and is publicly available on github (see documentation attached). We will also supply the data sets for the match ( one is publicly available, for the other one, we will just provide the names)
Thus, the job is fairly straightforward, and should be simple for an experienced developer: We just need you to execute the algorithm, work with us to fix any bugs or errors, and deliver the final matched list. Finally, we might need some updated/ changes to the code but we would discuss those conditional on good performance in the first stage.
