Get podio CRM sending out auto texts, customized email drip campaigns, ringless voicemails, And customized postcards based on deal status and responses. Leads/contact lists are provided by us.
Responses to text message go right to deal owner phone or after hours series of responses.
Weekly reporting on quality of responses and helping to tweak podio until we have a system that contacts apartment owners and gets responses from them.
Right now use Slybroadcast, gmail, and texting that's in podio ( May change if better recommendation). Looking for postcard service which included property pictures of target property.
