We are a new specialty food company I have started with my business partner based in Texas but I will be doing the books and administration here in Colorado. I need someone from the Denver area to come to my home-office and help me get set up properly in *QuickBooks Online*. I want to make sure its tied to our bank account as well as our Shopify account.
We plan on selling online, through Distributors in various cities and occasionally at large festivals, shows and events. Someone that has experience with a company that has inventory in multiple locations, is familiar with Sales Tax in different municipalities and can help me understand various tax deadlines. Any best practices you can share would of course be helpful as well.
I have had my own catering company previously so I understand debits/credits, how to read a financial statement, etc. But I have not used QuickBooks previously and want to make sure we are set up properly on the front end.
