Required Administrative Support freelancer for Customer Service Representative - Ongoing Phone Support job

PowerBear is looking to setup a toll-free hotline for US and Canadian customers (but also interested in supporting UK/EU/Mexican customers as well). We're looking to hire a customer service representative that would be able to answer calls from 9 am to 5 pm (US eastern standard time). Fluency in English is a must and prior experience is favorable. Candidates will be required to follow directions and procedures. Deep knowledge of our products is not required.
We're open to suggestions on which hotline to setup and to further discuss the details of the role.
