- We are a hardware provider for a software company
- We want to launch two new hardware solutions at the start of the year, Windows 10 Pro tablet & mini fanless PC.
- We want to configure the device to offer the best user experience with the least amount of work for the customer. We also want to make sure if they buy a product "off the shelf" it will not be configured.
- We will be configuring these devices to go in stock - this means it is a generic configuration, not specific to a customer.
- We want to brand the devices as much as possible. This means including our logo and the software company's logo where we can.
- Tablet configuration - we are looking to standardize basic OS settings, install printer drivers and make RDP / RDS setup for the customer as easy as possible.
- Mini Fanless PC - we are looking to standardize basic OS settings, install printer drivers, printer tool program, make RDP / RDS setup for the customer as easy as possible and configure kiosk mode for the customer.
