1) Responsive
2) Knows what the following are:
-Stock Pledge Agreement
-Merchant Accounts (like credit card or ACH merchant accounts)
3) Has experience obtaining emergency injunctions, or at least knows what one is
4) Is AGGRESSIVE and has experience negotiating and is smart
