Our company is looking for a customer relations call center.
Preferably, we would like you to operate 24/7. However, if this is not possible, then we'd at least like you to be available during normal United States PST working hours (between around 8am - 7pm).
The process is quite simple customers call, and one of your customer relations representatives will answer the call to ask a few questions. The answers to these questions will be submitted to our website to be stored in a database.
Be sure to have quality members on your team answering these calls. When applying for this position, be sure to mention how you've screened the members on your team. What did you look for in potential customer relations representatives before allowing them to join your call center?
