Required Google Docs,Google Forms freelancer for Google Docs / Forms Template Set-Up job

Our website is a new website not live to the Google search yet. The website has 9 Word Worksheets, one under each of the 3 planning pages, Het Set, Get Ready, Go. I would like them built into Google GSuite as a template. The user needs to save their own version of each document, then add their own content, primarily to tables. I will be embedding the document into easygenerator and then embedding easy generator cource back into the tuneup website. In a perfect world content entered in tables worksheet one would be auto placed in specific places in future worksheets to save copy / paste of the customer segment names etc.
