Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for PDF LOGO TO VECTOR job

We have this PDF of a city logo we need to be turned from pdf to a vector based file. Most preferred would be a DXF file we can put into AutoCAD. The vector version has to be as detailed as the pdf will peovide. Future work along the same lines if everything comes out ok
