Required Data Mining freelancer for Web and PDF Scraping job

I need to have data scraped from our website including data on screens and in PDFs that are available on the site. I need the data stored in a SQL database. The data stored will be the data from the screens and the PDFs, not the screen and PDFs themselves. The application should be smart enough that it can be run multiple times, each time updating the records in the SQL database when new data appears on the site. Also, when a SQL record gets updated, it should have an update time stamp that is updated.
