Mysteriously my website lost the SSL certificate and I ant seem to get it back on my site.

when i type 'https' in from of my url this is the page i receive.

'This site can't be reached. server IP address could not be found.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN'


This site can't be reachedThe webpage might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_SSL_UNRECOGNIZED_NAME_ALERT'

Also my ability to change it in general setting is grayed out as well

I Also installed the 'Really Simple SSL' Plugin and I got an error.
