Multiple files were deleted and need to be restored. Windows 10.
1. I deleted an old folder.
2. I went to recycle to check
3. It wasnt there
4. I returned to desktop to open other folders and was told the shortcut no longer worked
5. I cannot locate the files and 95% of my shortcut folders will not open to access my content.
