Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for Looking to have current blueprints updated with better design job

Looking for a designer or someone experienced with blueprints. We are looking for some creative ways to change a clients laundry room, kitchen and mud room we would love it if this person can also design custom cabinets and designer finishes as well but not necessary. We have current blueprints scanned into a pdf file.
