We have 2 supermarket in Utah, we carry Asian fresh produce, seafood, groceries, household goods, etc. We have been in the business for almost 20 years, but the trends are changing and we want to adapt our business model to fit current customer needs. We would like to offer new services via technology to increase loyalty of current customers, and also to attract new customers. Specifically, we would like to develop a mobile app that can customers can download and create an account and 1) connect to their membership card, 2) see current store specials, 3) place orders for curbside pickup and 4) see recipes. In the future, we will also be offering groceries to be purchased and shipped, but we are not yet ready for that, but we will need the app to be able to incorporate it once we're ready. The app should be simple, yet thorough, and be able to take payment, issue orders, etc.
