Required Data Scraping,Python freelancer for Twitter Premium/Enterprise API Developer Needed to Scrape Tweets by Search Term and Date job

I am seeking a Twitter Premium/Enterprise API Developer who can scrape/harvest/export (ideally to excel) all tweets with certain search terms (such as 'new medical building opens' 'medical building proposed' 'medical property approved' 'surgery center construction' etc etc) within a specified date range (such as the last 24 months). My understanding of such a project is that it requires Enterprise APIs (as the Premium APIs only offer access to most recent 30 days of tweets).
