Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for Social Media Ad creation for a digital product job

I have created a digital product...however, I do not have a list to market the product to. I need someone to create an ad to be run on the right platform that would be most conducive for the subject matter contained in the online lesson that I am selling.
