Required software development freelancer for IT Technician job

We are a technology start up in the South of Market area of San Francisco looking for someone who can provide general IT administration support to include setting up conference rooms through Gsuite, setting up/connecting microphones/conferencing systems in our rooms, providing ad hoc IT support to any teammates who may have questions and doing a general overview of our IT systems to determine if there are any opportunities for automization or improvement. This will require about 4-5 hours of work and should be a one-time event, but could be an ongoing relationship if the service is excellent!
