Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for Animation Cartoon job

I need someone who can draw an African American character with Dread locs for a 3 part scene. Scene does not have to be elaborate but the most important thing it has to be on a format where it can be transfered onto video editing on Adobe Premiere Pro or any software where the video can be edited and played on Youtube, VImeo or any Network streaming site.

Animation has to be a moving animation like a real like cartoon.
