Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for 5 second opening animated video titles to add to my Resolve Video job

I need a short animated title intro (4-5 seconds) to add to my Resolve video using customer logo. Maybe from Adobe After Effects, using a template not sure ?

I've added the customer logo (Northstone)and I've also added two previous examples of what I've had created to give you an idea of the type of thing I'm looking for.

Customer is a house builder and their website will be provided.
