I want to create a 15' video for Instagram Stories (9:16 ratio - i.e. 1080x1920),

I want this created but with a Halloween style pumpkin. So, I want the eyes / mouth moving around in the same style as the reference.

I will provide two stock photos once your profile has been shortlisted. You can create the video from either photo. Whatever looks the best. I'd also like the pumpkin to sit on a pink background (HEX FED1E6)
