As Renovations Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the activities and projects of several construction team members. To be successful, you bring several years of project management and strong leadership to this role. The construction project activities include project scope of work development, scheduling and scheduling of operations, budget management etc.
Responsibilities include, at a minimum, the following:
-Creating, maintaining and executing the project plan and schedule;
-Communicating to senior management status on all projects and staff;
-Coordinating and supervising all construction activities;
-Supervising and directing other contractors assigned to the project;
-Resolving and advising senior management of potential problems;
-Anticipating and resolving project issues and scheduling difficulties
-Performing other related duties as required.
