Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for 3D house walkthrough interior and exterior job

We are looking for 3D walkthrough of our new homes we will be providing DWG file the freelancer has to design a 3D walkthrough of the house.
We can provide photos and videos of the house if required.
Examples to show what we want (links of some videos on youtube but we don't want to copy these ideas or intellectual rights of these companies) The designer must develop the concept based on the drawings we will provide.
We will get 2-3 projects of different houses in first project.
