I have MySQL DB with links to Instagram images and .caffemodel files with gender recognition model.

I need a simple script that apply this model to all records in DB.

The script must:
1) Work on-going, so since data adding to DB constantly and script should work on-going
2) Work in multiple threads <= 10
3) Work with rotating/backconnect proxy
