Create small piece (7cm or so diameter) to hang on window; consisting of
Suction cup (2cm) behind, attached to
QR code (7cm) by itself IF beautifully created art-like quality (easiest), else
QR code (3cm) in middle of small beautiful tiny, light, art-piece eg preserved rose flower or gold orchid etc
Must be possible to produce inexpensive in large quantity
