Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Need Data Scientist that is good at excel job

I am looking for a Data Scientist that can extract data from a website that requires a login into excel automatically. Therefore all I have to do is refresh and the data will refresh under 20 seconds.

Once achieved, I have a detailed plan of how I want the data manipulated. The goal is finding the best group to use to represent for me using 2 variables with different weights to each. I also want it to be customizable so that I can change the weights whenever.
