Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for find a clothing designer or manufactuarer job

hi, so I created this edit of a 'super crop top structured shoulder turtle neck top' but I need help finding someone that can make something like this in one quantity. I need someone to seek out and message a designer (preferably in the US) that would know how to make this in a lycra or polyester type material. My best reference would be the structure of a Balmain type top. Let me know if you have further questions.
