Problem Statement: Our client is having issues with integrating outlook data into JIRA.

Current State: Management of inbox is a manual process where the client is creating tickets once email tickets received through Outlook

Proposed Solution: Client is requesting an integration with O365. The ideal solution will add emails directly to the Jira Ticket. This will include some distribution lists as well.

Project hours: Need to be completed within 8 hours

Session: Remote work

Start date: Next week
