Required software development freelancer for Fix Dell Poweredge DRAC conflict with browser and Java job

We have a few dozen older Dell Poweredge servers using Drac 4 5 and 6. Since Chrome and other browsers have updated, they now seem to be blocking the security certificates or other features of our iDRAC cards thus we can no longer access our servers through our KVM console. There appears to be a workaround but we dont have the time to troubleshoot this problem. In addition there are some versions of Java which also seem to block access to the iDRAC. We seem to be able to access DRAC6 but not 5, and only in IE not Chrome or Firefox.

We need to have one computer where the DRAC is accessible and an explanation of how the settings are, so in the event we lose access again or want to access it from a different computer, we can recreate the steps to make it work.
