Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for low poly pool/billiard table blender job

I need a low poly pool table similar to flick the pool game by Voodoo.
The table should have multiple pieces so that the developer can create multiple levels by using the same asset. Basically, it should have a hole part and surface. Different combinations of tables could be made of hole and surface.

before applying, please make sure you have relevant experience. Also, it would be nice if you can show similar models created by you.
