Required Microsoft Excel freelancer for Rearranging Data and Extracting It in Excel job

I have large amounts of data (a few million records).
I need to simplify it a bit, and extract data from it.
I use Excel, which is not ideal.
The task is relatively simple, as far as database projects are concerned.
I will share some file with complete requirement with shortlisted candidates.
Once the contract is created, will send the complete dataset to you.
For the non-dynamic tables (the ones which will not update when I change a parameter), you can solve any way you like (including VBA and function array).
All files must be submitted as xlsx files.
Every time you complete a milestone, please include a Word document briefly explaining the steps you took to complete the milestone.
