Required Wordpress freelancer for Repair/upgrade work needed on WordPress Oshine site with Tatsu installed job

I have a WP site recently updated to 5.1.1 and it has been a rough transition. Blog content has been altered, there are some format issues and a vanished menu on the home page. I need the specific things mentioned addressed, as well as some what I presume to be architectural issues, plugin compatibilities, etc. It's now running Tatsu, which I hate. This is a portfolio site with a few galleries and a blog where I clone the last posting, change the content, repeat. I am not proficient in WP, and I approach making format changes or addressing compatibility problems with the wariness of putting my arm in a wood chipper. My needs for the site functionality are basic, but I think there are quite a few bandaids under the hood. I prefer to work with someone I can meet in person in the Denver area.
