Required Article Writing,Blog Writing,Content Writing,Copywriting,Creative Writing freelancer for Content Writing job

I need someone who can create a series of marketing emails to my real estate clients. I need a series of 12 emails each offering some helpful content for 3 different audiences (one campaign for buyers, one for sellers, and one for past clients/referral sources). I am looking for something creative to include a few one page info sheets (like how to sell your home in 30 days or less, how to buy short sales, etc.).
