Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Ranking using Machine Learning Algorithm using Python job

I am looking for ranking the species(for example, rank the colleges, rank the students based on the features available). I need to start with one column with 15 sub-columns) for 4-5 species. Weightage will be provided for each of the parameters. I want to know which one is better and provide the ranking(whether species 1, species 2 and so on)
Once this CoC is successful i have to generalize with more (15-20) species with 15-20 columns(15 sub columns for each column).

Finally it has be documented in a clear and simple manner in word document.
