We need a Bootstrap Homepage re-design for our custom theme. We don't use a page builder. The basic sections and ideas are laid out and organized. We have a couple of PSD graphics that need some work.

The theme supports youth employment and education. The contractor must be great with Bootstrap and Photoshop mockups.

Please send some mockups of other homepage design work you have done if you would like to be considered for the job.
