Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for Need a highly skilled animator to bring my cartoon to life job

I am looking for a partner who can help me bring my cartoon to life. I have come up with content, scenes, scripts etc., but need help when it comes to making it animated and a short-online video. Each episode will be a maximum of 5 minutes long, will include an intro song, a couple of scenes, and of course a finale song. We're looking to make 5 episodes to start, so a total of 25 minutes of animation / video. This is a completely new space, so would love to work with someone who can help me understand the process and the options available to make this come to life.
