Money can be negotiated... I have a client that is sending messages to a certain IP and Port with a packet terminator ('!!'). I want to be able to receive all of these messages on another computer and then forward the received messages to RabbitMQ exchange (message-broker software). I was using the Asynchronous Socket Server example that Microsoft provided but unfortunately it does not receive all of the messages fast enough. It skips some packets every now and then.
