Required software development freelancer for Need help fixing computer's network issue job

I urgently need someone to help me with my network issue, what i did was CCleaner of the registry clean, windows update and restart computer.
Then the computer no longer connects to internet, I couldn't even access my router's login page even though I'm connected on 'Ethernet' cable to my router. My router is configured specially as I've a VirtualBox VM running something, If anyone is able to help me with this issue.
