Required software development freelancer for I need someone who can make a button on my PlayStation controller be released by a timer job

On my PlayStation controller there are 4 buttons, I need one of them when I click it to be held down for a certain amount of time then it gets released. If I could adjust the time it gets held for as well on an app or anything like that, that would be ideal but if not I can tell you a time I need it to be released at. I can supply pictures of what the controller looks like and the inside.
