I would like a program written that I can enter data into to create videos with the visualization

I would like the ability to have the icons on the left side of the video, labels at end of bar and numerical content at end of bar. Also ability to populate data in bottom right of video to show year or other statistics. I would like to make multiple videos with different icons and statistics in the videos.
