Required software development freelancer for Need Wordpress Multisite Expert To Fix Plugin View Details Connection Refused Error job

I have a wordpress multisite setup for the past 8+ years and am very well versed in Wordpress but recently I have been having minor back end issues. When I'm inside a network site dashboard and go to Plugins tab, and try to click on View Details next to any plugin, I get a popup with a crash icon that says 'domain.com connection refused.' The result is the same for any of my network sites.

When opening up browser console, I get a few errors around same-origin. I have tried to modify the htacess but that didn't work. It looks to be a redirect issue.

I need a wordpress back end expert who has solved this issue before and knows what to do.
